Currently waiting on phone for NS Support. We have lost our website and are unable to create sales orders in netsuite either. Anyone else having this?

........jesus....wish i had charged the hands free now if I knew I would be on hold for so long to talk to the emergency support team. God knows how long it takes to speak to the standard support team, and to make the downtime even more costly for us, I'm on hold from the UK.
