Estimate Error - No transactions

I am trying to create estimates and use the autofill function.  I pull up the prospect account and hit autofill I keep getting the error: No transaction exists for that entity.
 
However there are transactions for this entity.  I copied the name of the opportunity transaction to create the estimate. 

Am I missing something here?
