cannot create PO from So anymore

Has anyone experienced this....  this used to work fine, but now the system locks up

We create a PO from a SO, on a saved SO...  but the PO generation just locks up and we can't see the Items....

We have been using this order flow for a year, and now it has just stopped working, with no changes on our side...

Any suggestions?
