Error with Service Items as Related Items

We are having a major issue with service items not appearing as related items in our Web store. Regardless of the template we use (ours or NS's), if an item is a "service" item it does not appear when used as a related item. What we see under related items is a space for the service item, but the service item itself does not appear. This was working fine until very recently (until 11.0.3?). This has crippled our store since we use engraving as a related item. Any input/help would be appreciated - for us this is a Severity 1!
