Credit Card Form Error

I'm getting the following error when a user gets to the payment information screen:

I have looked in the "Customize Web Site Text" area in the Setup but have not been able to find where this errant text is coming from. It should say "Credit Card Number" "Expiration Date" "Name on Card" and I don't know what the checkbox should be.

Any help asap would be greatly appreciated!
