"401 Unauthorized" Error on Customer Center
I'm on hold waiting for NS support. Thought I'd try this route simultaneously.
We have a Custom Customer Center that contains access to pdf documents that only our top level customers have access to. This has been working fine using a Registered Owners tab whereby the individual logs in using their user name and password and can then see additional items not typically seen by the routine customer or prospect.
This has worked absolutely fine until today. Today, all Registered Owners who click on the documents receive a pop up that says "401 Unauthorized".
This is happening on ALL our pdf documents that are not displayed in the regular web site pages.
