IE 7 & Web Images Problem

Last night I was looking at our website, and I found several instances of images that are suppose to be wedding gowns, we in fact displaying a GUITAR, and a 4-wheeler, and a upper body armour SUIT.

It appears that somehow, our sites images are displaying instead of ours even the path to the image is correct and the image is in fact in the file cabinet.

Looking at the same page in IE 6 and Firefox doesn't give me the INCORRECT image.

I have read that NetSuite is trying to improve image load times but have experienced some problems with their new image caching process.
