Quantity pricing not working properly

I just noticed that many customers are complaining that they are overcharged. The reason is in sale order customer is getting quantity pricing but in cash sale customers are charged automatically the online/base price. Anybody else having this problem?

No point in contacting NS using gold support as I will get a reply only after a month or sometimes no reply at all.
