IP Address Restrictions Preventing Vendor Access
Our free Vendor account can no longer log in because his "IP Address does not match any of the IPAddress rules specified for this entity". I am a little foggy on this one....We have had IP address restrictions turned on for a long time and the Vendor has logged in before. The Vendor's Access tab does not have the individual IP address restriction fields that the Employees' tab has, but has this always been the case? I can't remember whether or not the Vendor's tab used to have IP address controls or if the Vendor wasn't previosuly bound to the
