browser highjacking?

we've got a user who has been seeing intermittent oddities on the Netsuite Home Page (before login)

included in these is a distorted PayPal ad in the upper right of the screen and a bad web capture of "some dude" in the ad panel in the middle of the page

anybody else seeing these? Netsuite getting hacked?

the one I saw included a PayPal ad in the upper corner (as above) and graphical distortion throughout the page (odd shadows to color panels, etc)
