Calling SecPay users who set it up on NS

SecPay have provided a username and password and a VPN password. I am right in understanding that I should also have a remote password from SecPay?
In Secpay setup in Netsuite the VPN password should be entered in the password field and the remote password in the remote password field.

Is this right all those Secpay users out there
