Internal Notes for Sales orders?

Does anybody has a Custom field for Internal Notes for Sales orders in Netsuite?

Have you ever checked if this is viewable by customer from customer view?

Well, we have created one and found out that it is viewable by customer even if we marked it as not to show in Setup->transaction forms.

This issue is going on for almost a year and netsuite is still not able to figure it out or acknowledge the bug.
