Transactions not showing

Hi,

We are clicking around netsuite and when we pull information back such as sales transactions, often nothing is showing up, then we refresh and it does for example. We are also having a lot of customers call up saying the shopping system is not working, they click add and nothing happens. This has all started for us today. Anyone else?
