Check Broken With Latest Change To Code

Hi,

Can someone please help. I have raised an issue with Netsuite becuase when you checkout on the UK system the following errors occur:

1. The Final Confirmation page is broken as netsuite is now putting confirmation html and tracking codes in the header of the page rather than the body.

2. If a customer pays in USD it doubles the order ammount on the total even though the line items are correct.

The problem is this code:
