Issues with Web Services and Sales Order

Issues:
Sales order creation does not allow only quantities to be pushed into the system for each item as it used to.  Now requires at least the total amount for it to be created successfully. Issue when we want to use the customers default price level or price per items.

Sales order does not default to the customers price level.  This is an issue if we would like to edit the sales order in NS.
