Paid Paypal orders not showing up in Pending approval

Starting in 8/23 Sales Orders paid by paypal
when the payment has been completed
it is not updating and sending it to orders pending approval.

So we have many orders sitting for days in Paypal Orders Pending approval that should have been processed.

When will this be fixed
