Dropship PO Emails Not Working

I have NS setup to send BCC's of customer order confirmation emails (Setup>Website>Setup Website>Email tab) and to automatically send emails of dropship PO's (Setup>Accounting>Setup Accounting>Ordering/Shipping tab). 

Yesterday, for some reason, the dropship PO emails stopped (but the order confirmation emails didn't).  I only know this because I called a vendor about an order and she said that they never received the PO.  I tested this by changing the email address on the vendor record to my own and creating another dropship PO.  I never received the email.
