Open Order not included on Open Sales Orders Report
I have a Sales Order that is Pending Fulfillment (Validated Status) but it is not included on the Order Management: Open Sales Orders report.
Is there a way to troubleshoot? There is not an associated Item Fulfillment. The date is valid and all other data seems valid. It has not been fulfilled. It has not been closed. I checked the system notes (history) and nothing noteworthy or unusual is there. It should be included on the report!
The table for this report is "Open Sales Orders." What criteria is used to include a Sales Order in this table? I assume it is related to either the Validated Status or the Item Fulfillment.
