CTI telephony integration
Hello all.
We are trying to integrate our softphone application with NetSuite for link based outbound dialing. We are using the CTI interface. To dial out through a link the format that works for us is sip:2125551212@192.168.1.1:5060, we would also ad a 9 to access an outside line and a 1 for long distance. Following NetSuites instruction guide I can use the {phone} tag to populate the customers phone number. However the tag would populate the above number as sip:(212) 555-1212@192.168.1.1:5060. Unfortunately that does not work for us. Is there a way to strip out the parenthesis and dash?
