Issue with Finance Charge Invoices?

Is anyone having issues with the Standard Finance Charge Invoice or Custom Invoices based on the Finance Charge Invoice?

Our Accounting Department reported this issue on Monday and it continues to be an issue for us.  We have a case open but wanted to see if other users are experiencing this same issue.
