Has anyone else lost the simple ability to create a PO

It looks like our PO form, both custom and standard is acting up.  When we input an item, the rate and amount of the item flashes very quickly and then disappears.  We are unable to create a PO quickly now because we have to manually input both the rate and amount as well as calculate the total line item for each line item!  Anyone else experiencing this error?
