Reps cannot search for quotes

None of my reps can global search for their quotes, or opps or SO's!!! This is very irritating.

They can still get into the transactions via the customer detail, but that takes a while when you're looking for a lot of them.


Anyone else having this problem???

Looks like it has to do with the role set-up. They are set-up to restrict to themselves and their subs (which is correct and should work), but once I change it no restrictions the transactions can be searched. All transactions are the reps transactions, so based on the restriction info, the reps should be able to find their own quotes, SO, etc....
