Submitting Support Cases to NS

I tried to submit an online support case to NS today, but when I hit Submit, I received the following message:

Permission Violation: this contact does not belong to your group.

I saw another posting in a different thread (by a user named adhoc) who had the same issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

NS: Is there an open support ticket to fix this?
