Can't print estimate,sales order or invoices!

After 5PM today we lost the ability to print any forms.   It comes up with an unexpected error has occured.  I've logged case #484317 ....  hoping it's working in the AM!

Looks like it will not email either.  This is when trying to print or email any estimate,sales order or invoice - Seems like it trys to run a script to generate the pdf and it gets an unexpected error.

Anyone else seeing this problem?
