On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Huge Bug In Sales Reports
CAUTION!! Your sales reports may be totally wrong if you include the STATE field in the results tab.
This is outreageous!!!
Adding the Address Book: State field to the columns tab in the report builder for a Sales by Customer Summary report will cause the total sales to increase by a factor of about 7.5 -- NO change in filters!!!
Right now NetSuite is TOTALLY useless to my company.
We can't trust ANY data coming out of NetSuite until this huge bug is fixed.
How is this possible!!!! How can such a huge bug get pass NetSuites internal testing???? It would appear to me that very little or no testing is taking place.
