How to set up billing schedule?

We have a download subscription as a Service item for sale on our NetSuite web store. We'd like to have it automatically bill the customer's credit card each month. Sales Orders is enabled. How do I set up a Billing Schedule to do this? On what tab is Advanced Billing or Billing Schedules located?

The instructions on NetSuite Help don't conform to what I see on my system. This is what Help has to say and my experience so far:

• To create a billing schedule:
1.Go to   >   > Billing Schedules > New.
2.In the Name field, enter a name for this schedule.
