Customize Manage Roles screen?

Is there a way to adjust the manage roles screen?  In edit mode it seems to push checkboxes off to the right side of the screen.  This appears to be caused by the 'apply to items Also' checkboxes.

This affects both Firefox and Internet Explorer.  Screenshot here:


We're on 11.0.3.  Perhaps this is already fixed in 11.0.4?
