Customer Search Error

As of early this week, the Customer Search (not Advanced Search) is returning an Error for a particular user when the user submits a search for Name contains ____.   NetSuite responds with Error: "An unexpected error has occurred.  Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." This was done several times Monday and Tuesday with no reply yet. 

The problem does not occur for other users using the same role.  It does occur for the same user on different computers. 

It sometimes works if you search on other fields such as Sales Rep.  After a successful search, searching on the Name field works.
