New descriptive URLs not working

We use the descriptive URL component on all of our category pages. We've been using it since it was intrroduced without problem. Today, I have added three new categories but NS will not use my descriptive URLs on these new pages.

I tried deleting the URL component, saving, and the recreating the URL component. I tried deleting the URL component, deleting the category name, and then recreating the category name (which causes NS to automatically create the URL component). I tried opening Web Stie Setup and saving to refresh the site. Nothing works. The URL components are working everywhere else -- just not on the new categories I am creating today.  See this page:
