No service this morning !!
We completely lost the service this morning (Mon 30th October) from 09:45am to 11:30am (GMT).
I was told it only affected a small number of customers, but whether it was 1 or 1000 customers affected, it still affected us the same.
I am told it only affected database #303. And I was also informed that it could have been related to some 'maintenance' that was going on at the time.
Anyone any suggestions on how to report/escalate better or how to find out whether there really are changes going on production environments during UK/Europe prime time.
