IE7 Tip from MS: Performance Spikes may be due to Toolbars
Microsoft is pushing IE 7 upgrades via their Automatic Updates process, but this browser still has a few stability issues. These issues are problems with the browser and not NetSuite itself. NetSuite has identified virtually no issues with the NetSuite application running on IE 7.
Microsoft's Support section states: "If IE 7 crashes or performs slowly, Yahoo toolbar or Google desktop may be to blame. Additionally, other add-ons might be the problem too...".
To investigate, open up Task Manager and monitor CPU utilization.
1. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select Task Manager
2. Click the Processes tab
3. Click the CPU column header twice to sort by highest CPU usage
