Can't fulfill orders shipped via FedEx - HELP!
Hi User Group,
For the last 2 days, I've been trying to fulfill sales orders and have been receiving the dreaded "unexpected error" message. Just to figure out what's going on, I changed the shipping method from our usual FedEx to United States Postal Service (which we use infrequently). Just like magic, I was able to fulfill and bill. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
