Purchase Order Register

I have taken standard Purchase Order Register Report and added Quantity & Quantity Billed fields - the Quantity results are all -1 of the actual quantity on the PO. e.g. the quantity of PO8 shows as 29 but drilldown to transaction record shows 30.

Anyone had this or similar?
