Errors when Faxing

I am trying to send a fax in Netsuite.  I am set up through eFax.  Netsuite only allows me to upload html and txt files for faxing.  txt files are not going to work for me, so I'd like to use html files.  However, everytime I try to send an html file, it fails in eFax.  The txt files work fine.  Has anyone else had this problem?  How do I get past this?
