Display issues since v 11.0.4

Since the upgrade, I noticed that the many of the lists do not display updated information... e.g. I created a new custom col field, saved it and was re-directed to the list of custom col fields.  Strangly, the new field I just created is not displayed in the list.  Refreshing the browser didn't help either.  I had to click on one of the column headings to change the sorting and then it appears!!!

And this is happening on pretty much all the lists - chart of accounts, custom records, body and column fields to name the ones I had problems with!
