Can't import CSV files
This is a continuation of what we originally thought was a Mac problem, but now we've tried it on a Windows PC and get the same results. We have never been able to import a CSV file to NetSuite.
A one-line test CSV file fails import with the error "The CSV file contained illegal characters." Files created with Leads and Customer templates both fail. We tried it with IE and Firefox browsers on the PC, and Safari, Seamonkey, Firefox, Opera and Omniweb on the Mac.
Note that another user was able to import the SAME file to his NetSuite account using the SAME import parameters.
