Primary Contact showing on Billing Address
Thought I'd post this in case others have noticed that something changed on your billing addresses:
One of my users noted that the primary contacts name was printing on invoices, even though that person's name was not listed on the primary billing address. After a phone call to NetSuite, I found that their is an entry in Setup > Company > Set Company Preferences to "Add Primary Contact to Bill To Address". I must have missed when this was added in recently (and would suggest in the future that a preference like this be defaulted to OFF, so that there is no disruption to something that was previously working okay).
