AH. Random line breaks in my template

Is it me, or is it really annoying that it takes 1:15 for the CSRs to realize that they have a bug in their email sending script that puts random line breaks in the HTML code.

Not only is it a waste of my time, there is not ETA on fixing it.

Do they not think that breaking URLs, or making words split in half is important?  Especially when the preview is fine, just the final email send is bad. I am sure many didn't even notice.

Grammatical mistakes aren't becoming in the business world.
