Item Receipt doesn't have a main line?

I have created a search for all item receipts based on a certain criteria and I have noticed that there is no main line flag for them.  How can I create a list of transactions if there is no main line to filter on?  Please let me know if this search is possible.

Edit - It seems like it was a weird issue with using createdfrom fields.
