Page load times during store Check-out
After clicking to finalize a "web store order", our site hangs for 20 or 30 seconds. I'm not terribly concerned with the delay except for the fact that the status indicator (in the bottom right corner in IE) flashes a quick progress bar and then says DONE during the long pause. If it showed the page loading progress bar, that would be acceptable. As it is, user often feel obligated to click "finalize order" again or "back". It just says "done" for the "page load status" while then the page sits there for a long pause before showing the "thank
