Reset password - Initial dashboard won't load
User just reset his password and tries to sign on with new password. Dashboard is not loading at all now - blank white screen and explorer shows it is trying to load in upper right corner. No message appears indicating a problem or error.
Administrator resets the password to another (new) password (different than the one the user created) and there is the same effect. User cannot see anything in Netsuite at all. Rebooted the computer and retried.
Need help!!! so he can return to work. Is there another setting or update button or other activity that we have not done? (Manage Users - Edit - Access - type new password on both lines - Save) are the steps we used.
