Not getting copy emails

Hi
I suspect the answer is ridiculously simply, but I can't find it.

I want to receive copies of all emails sent to customers.

I go to Setup>Company>Setup Printing, Fax & E-mail.  I enter my email address (correctly) in the Send E-mail to box and ...

nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?
