Need Detailed Description of Case/Issue

I'm not sure why you bother sending a email like this that contains virtually no information specific to this case/issue.
To make it stand out, I have changed all the text to grey font EXCEPT for that which is specific to this case. All other text is your standard, boiler-plate text you send with every email.
It would be most helpful to both your customers and your development team if you would send to your customer a DETAILED description of the problem/issue as reported by your customer so that the customer could confirm (or update if need be) that you have correctly recorded the details.
