Journal entry names not showing up

I have a journal entry that I really need to assign to a name, but that name doesn't show up. The entity exists, It's not inactive. However, it is duplicated, both as a vendor and a customer. Still only one shows up and I need to of course reconcile between the two duplicate entites.

BTW merge wont work, because the entites have added roles.
