How do you change your usergroup email address?

I really need to change my User Group registered email address.

It appears that the place to do it is in the Password section of the User CP, it talks about changing your email address there, but there are no links or fields to actually do the change!

I've emailed admin a couple of time about this but have never received a response. Does anyone know how to get this done?
