FIX NetAnswers so it doesn't force me to close my browser & login in again!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to help and click on a link that will take you to "NetAnswers" - whatever that is.  Read the limited and out-of-date information and go back to your netsuite session to try and use what you just read.

Permission Violation: You need the 'Enable Features' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.



See... going to "NetAnswers" changes or deletes your netsuite session so that you are essentially logged out or have a different role.. I can't tell yet.  Either way, it screws everything up and if you were in the middle of entering a big form with lots of data.... it's gone.
