Serious bug with Pricing Schedules?

We think we’ve just found a bug with Quantity Pricing Schedules which I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced - we discovered this by a customer querying their invoiced prices.

We’ve an Inventory Item set up with Qty 0 and Qty 10 pricing columns, set to calculate discounts by By Overall Schedule Quantity and with a Price Group assigned. We enter 12 pcs on the sales order and the price changes automatically to the Qty 10 pricing column. Correct.

We fulfil the order but can only ship 8 pcs, with the remaining 4 pcs. going on back order.

When the fulfilment is billed, the price for the 8 pcs. on the invoice returns to the Qty 0 column price.
