Change of country--NS no help!

Has anyone else had this experience?  In December we purchased an online retail business, and the owner had paid for NetSuite Canada version for several years in advance.  We are in the USA.

Before we even made an offer on the business, we talked with NS Canada and was told "No problem! Transferring is easy!  It's one program, right?"

So we figured the prepaid service as an asset of the business of course.

Now, it turns out it's not so easy.  I can't set up a US creditcard gateway, it has to be Canadian.  It won't even let me put my #
