Need help with setting descriptive URLS.

Currently, anywhere you search on my website, the URL is shown as the domain name only. Anytime you refresh, even if you're viewing an item, you are taken back to the site's homepage. I want to change this so the url is something along the lines of "www.mydomain.com/tab/catagory/item". About "Descriptive URLs" the help page says:

"This feature is not currently enabled in your account. To enable this feature, please contact your administrator."

I am the admin and I know that this feature should be included in the netsuite package we have. If it isn't, the help page tells you to call your sales rep to purchase the feature. So I seem to definately have the feature, so how do I enable this feature? Netsuite help suggests:
