Can't Print or Open anothe Screen

We have 1 computer that every time he tries to open a new screen or print it comes up with the "Your Session Has Timed Out Please Log In Again", but if you close it you can do everything else, the only time this time out screen comes up is when he tries to print or open a new screen.
Does anyone know why?
